Who we are

GridPulse is a free, non-commercial community service that republishes BOHECO I power-interruption advisories for Bohol. We sell nothing and show no third-party ads.

What stays in your browser

Your account number, saved town, language and timezone preferences stay in your browser. Only the account number’s first two digits, its town code, are used locally to match your town. Your account number is never sent to us.

Use Forget my number on the home page to remove your account number. To remove all saved preferences, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

Votes

For community votes, we store a one-way keyed hash made from your IP address and browser user agent, along with the vote and its time. We do not store the raw IP address or user agent with votes. This lets us keep one vote per visitor per advisory.

Analytics and hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site, and we use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics. Hosting providers may keep standard request logs. GridPulse sets no cookies and has no accounts or sign-in.

Facebook

The GridPulse Facebook Page and the GridPulse Poster app post advisories to that Page and read back GridPulse’s own posts and comments to confirm delivery. GridPulse does not collect or store data about Facebook users. Facebook’s own privacy policy applies when you use Facebook.

Your data and deletion

You can delete browser data yourself: use Forget my number for your account number, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings for all saved preferences. Votes cannot be linked back to a person, so there is no personal vote record we can look up.
